We have situation where in opegenie is updating closed incident in ServiceNow for new alerts which are getting triggered in Opsgenie

Hi Ankit, seems like the alerts might be using the same alias at a glance. Though, to be able to dig deep, I suggest you talk this in details through chat in app.opsgenie.com with our customer success. Will be hard to fix without getting some more details.
