Incoming Call Integration - Couple thoughts

I have been using the Incoming Call Integration and the voicemail could use some voice to text so I am not forced to listen to the whole voicemail to pick out the callback number or other important details.

Would also be nice to have a different welcome message or turn on/off the attendant at specific hours. The use case is I would like to have a different message play when someone has reached after normal business hours.

Thanks Chad, I think these would be great additions!

We do have Jira issues for both of these feature requests. I’m adding +1 which makes the request count to 2. The product team prioritize these considering the request count.

I’m also adding a link to this message so we can send a message if/when the feature requests are implemented.
