Change Priority of Closed Alerts?


Is it possible to modify the priority of an alert that has been closed? As the manager of a DevOps team, I like to go back and downgrade alerts if they aren’t ‘actionable.’

Unfortunately, it is not possible to update the priority of the alert once it has been closed. You may consider changing it while the alert is open or acked though, it is available through the UI and through the API as well!
